Terms & Conditions

01 - No minimum hire applies to hourly RoadSweeper hires during the hours of 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All hires are still subject to travel charges to and from site.

02 - All hires are subject to travel to and from the specified site from and to our base in Walkden, Manchester unless specified.

03 - Overtime rates apply to hires and travel times on Monday to Friday 6pm to 7am, Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

04 - A minimum hourly hire of 8 hours plus travel applies to all overtime hires as specified above.

05 - An emergency call out charge may be imposed for short notice, emergency or out of hours hires.

06 - Payment terms are 30 days unless agreed.

07 - All plant is hired out under the CPA model terms of Hire as available below.
